Your request for your information to be withdrawn from Coif’d Tresses will be fulfilled within 1 Business Day or once request has been received.

Payment:

Your credit card details and transaction details are encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After your payment is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Since the C-19 pandemic, shipping has been a challenge for all business.  Coif’d Tresses is dedicated to get your product to you as soon as possible.

 

You will receive a tracking number to monitor your purchase once your order is shipped.  Coif’d Tresses shipping coincides with the postal services USPS, DHL, and FEDEX rules and regulations.

 

Getting your purchase to you is top priority!!

 

ALL ORDERS received will be processed within 24 hours of being placed. 

 

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES ARE AS FOLLOWS:

 

Allow 3 - 5 business days for arrival if located within the United States.

 

Allow 4 – 5 business days for the UK

 

Allow  6- 7 days shipping for Africa, and all other countries.

 

For deployed units ( military vessels and civilian vessels ) allow 8 to 15 business days or per priority postal military services.

In the event that you receive a damaged item, please CONTACT US within 5 days.

 

For sanitary reasons Hair is non-refundable but a credit can be issued.

 

For non-porous items ( brushes, combs, spray bottles ) that do not come in contact with the scalp, or have not been altered, a credit can be issued.

 

In the event that a return is agreed upon by Coif'd Tresses and the customer, the customer will pay for shipping and the return will be reissued upon review by Coif'd Tresses. Upon receiving the returned item if there is any damage to the items, a return will not be issued. If a return is not approved a credit can be issued.

Please allow 10 Business Days for any return processing and response.
